Where are you located?

I am located in Florida. I provide online therapy sessions to individual teens and adults located within the state of Florida.

do you offer in-person therapy sessions?

I do not offer in-person sessions at this moment. All sessions are via a HIPPA-secure telehealth platform.

How does online therapy work?

Clients will create an account in a HIPPA-secure portal where you will be able to log into session via cellphone, tablet, or computer. You must have a private place to log into therapy. Headphones are recommended.

what are your fees?

$120 per individual session. $160 per 50 minute couples session. $200 per 90 minute couples session.

How long do i need therapy?

Therapy is not a one-size fits all. The duration and frequency of our sessions will be based on your individual circumstances. Most clients need a minimum of 12 sessions, some clients need a year or more of therapy. A treatment plan will be discussed during your first and second sessions.

what if i cannot make it to a scheduled therapy session?

There is a late cancelation fee of the full session amount applied for no-shows, and, sessions cancelled within 24 hours. The fee is charged to the card on file.
